Experience the Buddhist Tradition of Alms Offering

Offering food to Buddhist monks is a beautiful tradition that has been practised for over 2,500 years. It is an act of kindness, generosity, and gratitude that helps support the monastic community.

Everyone is welcome to take part. Simply place food into a monk's bowl with a peaceful and respectful mind. Many people find this simple act brings joy, inner peace, and a sense of connection with others.

No previous experience is needed — we will be happy to guide you.
