A Space for Support and Understanding

Speak with our experienced venerable monks and practitioners
for the guidance, clarity, and peace of mind

Pastoral Consultation provides a private and confidential space for individuals seeking emotional support, reflection, or spiritual guidance. These sessions offer a calm, non-judgemental environment where participants can speak openly and be listened to with care and respect.

Consultations may involve gentle conversation, reflective guidance, or simple meditation practices, depending on individual needs. They are not intended to replace professional counselling or medical care, but to offer compassionate listening and spiritual support.

This service is open to anyone, regardless of religious background, who wishes to take time for reflection, clarity, or inner calm. All discussions are treated with sensitivity and discretion.
