Our meditation classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.00 – 8.30 p.m., offering a calm and supportive space for inner stillness and reflection.

Tuesday sessions
this session is open to everyone, especially beginners. The wisdom talk focuses on meditation, inner calm, and practical reflections that support daily mindfulness, without relying primarily on Buddhist teachings.


Thursday sessions
this session includes a wisdom talk based on Buddhist topics and principles. It is suitable for those interested in exploring the Buddhist way of life and applying the Dhamma to everyday living.

Who can attend meditation sessions?

Our doors are open to everyone—no experience needed. All ages and backgrounds are welcome. Simply sign up online or visit us to begin your journey.

What should I bring with me?

Just wear comfortable clothes. We provide chairs, and cushions. If you have special requirements, let us know so we can support you.

How do I register for a session?

Make a booking from our website and check in with staff on your entry. Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking ahead helps us create a peaceful space for all.

What time should I arrive at the temple?

We suggest anyone to arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to the class so that you can enjoy tea, coffee, and snack and get yorselves ready for the class.

Are classes and tours free?

All meditation sessions and tours are free. Donations are appreciated but never required. We want mindfulness to be accessible to everyone.

Can I meet with a Buddhist monk?

Of course. Our monks are here for guidance, conversation, or to answer your questions. Reach out to schedule a meeting.
