Book for the School / Scout / Educational visit programmes

to get the experience beyond the classroom

school / scout / educational visit
Wat Phra Dhammakaya London offers organised educational visits for schools, scout groups, and other learning institutions. These visits are tailored to support cultural understanding, wellbeing education, and values such as mindfulness, compassion, and respect.

A typical visit may include a guided tour of the temple, an introduction to Buddhist Artefacts, a Basic Buddhist Concept and meditation practice, followed with alms giving activity. Sessions can be adapted to suit the needs, ages, and learning objectives of each group.

In addition to on-site visits, our team is also able to deliver sessions at schools or educational settings, offering talks, workshops, and guided meditation practices in a familiar learning environment. This can be especially helpful for schools seeking to integrate wellbeing, RE (Religious Education), or cultural learning into their curriculum.

Educational visits aim to provide students with a meaningful cultural experience in a calm and respectful setting. Teachers and group leaders are encouraged to share specific requirements in advance so that the visit can be planned accordingly.
